Paul has a style all his own as he takes on all genres of music. Growing up, he listened to everything from Supertramp, Michael McDonald & Michael Jackson to New Edition, Run DMC & Slick Rick. Over the years Paul expanded his ear beyond the Hip Hop and R&B that dominated the local radio scene to became a supporter of dance music specifically techno, latin freestlye and most significantly Chicago house music.Today, Paul still spins everything in the crate, but he specializes in Top 40, Hip Hop & Rhythmic Radio hits with a dance club twist.
From 1999 2002, Paul was a featured mixer on Total Freestyle Radio & Party Radio Wild108. In 2008, he was a regular guest dj on the hip hop webcaster, Blazin97. Since 2008, Paul has been publishing regular mixes on his website, weekendpaul.com. In November of 2010 Paul joined the Homelessdjays as a resident mixer.
