Hey! Danke für deine Votes und Kommentare auf zwei meiner neueren Mixe! Und yes, der Mojito ist auch Mein Lieblingscocktail, daher auch mein DJ Name! DJ - ing ist wie ein Cocktail, ein guter Cocktail, ein Mojito! Es muss aber ein guter Mojito sein mit zuerst zwei ausgepressten Limetten unten, Schalen natürlich ebenfalls ins Glas! Zerdrücken! Dann so zwei Teelöffel echten Rohrzucker darauf oder mehr nach Geschmack! Dann Glas bis zur Hälfte mit gestoßenem Eis (crushed ice) auffüllen! Dann mit einem guten CACHACA auffüllen (Rum gebrannt aus Zuckerrohr)! Zum Schluss zwei ECHTE MINZBLÄTTER oben rein legen, natürlich auch gewaschen, frisch vom Strauch! Dann einen oder zwei LANGE Strohhalme bis unten durchdrücken! Der Rum wird nun DURCH DEN ZUCKER und das Limetten Aroma gesogen! Der ROHRZUCKER nimmt die Säure des Cachaca und der Limetten - die Mischung macht's wie bei allen Cocktails! Man hat mir schon mal einen Mojito mit Gutem Pott (brauner Rum - Verschnitt) und Kristallzucker serviert! Pfui Deufel!
