I mixed this set for a charity run I did recently. I suck at running so I needed something motivational to keep me going when my legs refused. It starts off progressive to set the pace and gradually kicks up the tempo and the energy through to the end.
Also check out the First State vs Rank 1 & Jochem Miller mash-up I included. The idea wasnt mineaccording to the internet, one Ben Hunt is behind itbut the arrangement is mine (and I even like it a little better than Mr. Hunts already solid effort).
