This set is inpired by the 1986 film Crossroads.
For those not familiar, it stars Ralph Machio (The Karate Kid) and the story is about a young classical trained musician who has a love for blues. He goes looking for a lost song from jazz legend Robert Johnson and then gains the help of jazz-man Willie Brown, who he breaks out from a retirement home and then together, they go on a journey to the heart of where the music "real blues" comes from.
Towards the end of the film there is an epic guitar duel between Ralph Machio's character and rocker Stevie Vai. They battle for the contract of Willie Browns soul that's being held by mr Legba (the devil).

This film was released when i was about 6 years old and to this day ive not seen much better guitar playing than i saw in this movie. Combine that with all the other good music in there and thats why it remains one of my all time faves. Check it out if you have'nt seen it and re-watch it if you have smile -old but well worth a watch esp. if you like blues music.
Hope you enjoy these tunes. There is older and newer styles in there along side some hidden gems and cheesy classics.
If you do enjoy listening please show your support for it. Thank you smile
