Hailing from the Southwest of England, brothers Ryan and Scott AKA Phibes are relatively new to the midtempo breaks scene but in the short time that they have been making music they have started building quite a name for themselves!!

Their aim is to bring back some of the classic sounds of years gone by and bring them up to date with crisp new beats and a pinch of wobble thrown in for good measure, their fresh production style has not gone un-noticed as they have recently caught the attention of two major labels in the mid tempo scene, Breakbeat Paradise Records and Radical Mixtape Recordings.

Their DJ sets have been consistently igniting dance floors around Falmouth (UK) for a little while now, crammed with their own exclusive edits and enough dance floor bangers to get anyone on moving!!!

2014 is set to be a big year for Phibes, releases have already been planned for Breakbeat Paradise and Radical Mixtape Recordings, a massive four track free E.P is due to drop soon on their Soundcloud page and they will also be taking their DJ sets on the road later in the year!!
