Born in 1985. Born a Trinidadian. Born a Producer of Hip Hop then flipped a switch and became a House Producer and DJ. circa .2009
Originality has continuously been second-hand for Trinidadian house producer and DJ, Prressto and to a further extent a Sample Operator. But it wasn't up until graduating from High School over 10 years ago; he finally understood music was the greatest method to express himself. Ever since then, he has been working in the studio and at home. Recently he has been tweaking and polishing his 1st debut album "1985" a 6 track album comprised with 6 original mixes in preparation for a summer release, to releasing a 3 part series called "Prressto - Remixed" of the Progressive House genre and remixing and releasing soca/EDM tracks, most recently Bunji Garlin's - Truck On D Road (Prressto Remix) which got local, regional and international recognition by many, this release was eye opening for peers alike, in a transition for bravely conquering diverse outlines of music and disregarding all limitations, so many in the industry have shaped.
Naturally favouring an edgier, darker side of the sonic spectrum, Prressto's sound is immense, vigorous and cinematic, intriguing listeners on a musical expedition. With support from the likes of many local EDM Dj's and producers, as well as having played at the Tricycle Theatre in London, as a sample technician, from playing in University parties as a Dj to pursuing a BFA In The Performing Arts, at the Academy for Performing Arts at APA, Prressto is on an uprise with no boundaries in sight.
A man passionate about his music, the only approach one can take in Prressto's productions is to expect the unexpected.
