Jay Love began at the age of 5; a Mickey Mouse record player. Growing up, he ruined records by substituting playing needles with stick pins and thread needles because he couldn't live without the sound of music.
Jay gives recognition to a penpal in Arizona, Brady Walters, whom he met through Black Beat magazine exchanging music regularly. Jay never owned a mixer but made cassette tapes and spliced reel to reels to share his love.
At age 15, Jay walked from a city bus into a radio station, met a Program Director and expressed his love for music. He was given his first shot. At 17, still underage, he spun in nightclubs, Since, he's held many positions with well respected Broadcast giants with his own Morning Show daily. Jay Love was later promoted to management positions overseeing operations of radio stations in the U.S. and craves raw, creative talent from all backgrounds.
