The Lost Mixes: 1987-1989
Rare Classics and Vintage House
This series is from actual "live" mix tapes from the late 80's.
Most of this music is either record pool domestic/import 12"s centered on house music coming out of Chicago, NYC and Miami taking shape, creating a buzz and inspiring awe on dance floors around the globe. Sounds that surely influenced the future.
My plan is to share a new mix every 2 weeks until there aren't any more "lost mixes" Some look to the past to inform the future....
